This event allows the business and academic communities to tap into Georgia’s best and brightest young minds and present to young woman opportunities to think outside social norms, and channel female brain power into engineering, science, research and development.”

 

 

Doris I. Willmer, PE is the owner and president of an engineering consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia serving the southeastern US. A graduate of the University of Illinois, her passion for engineering is evidenced by her 33 years as a practicing professional engineer in the areas of environmental remediation, transportation and site development. Her other professional passion is encouraging and mentoring young woman to pursue careers in engineering and the sciences through her involvement with professional organizations and scholarship programs.
